What’s Changing & What It Means for Yo
Par CARL CIMPRICH
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s coming and how it affects you.
Meeting Format – More Flexible Going Forward
Starting March 1, 2026, all new Zone E “Town Hall” meetings are planned on a monthly virtual format, with one hybrid style later in the year
What this means for us:
- Less time on the road
- Easier to attend and stay informed
- More regular touchpoints with Zone leadership
Clearer Compliance Updates
We know TC compliance updates can sometimes feel ominous, scattered or unclear. To help with that, Zone E will begin sending a quarterly compliance bulletin.
You can expect:
- Straightforward summaries of what’s changed
- Consistent messaging across the Zone
- A single reference you can come back to when questions come up
More Training Built for Zone E
Beginning in the second quarter of 2026, we’ll be rolling out training and development sessions designed specifically for Zone E members, including:
- Member roundtables
- Compliance refreshers
- Leadership and growth-focused sessions to help us all get involved
Improved Zone E Communication
To keep everyone better connected, we’re launching a dedicated Zone E communication channel and resource hub.
This will give members:
- Faster access to updates
- A chance for us to review Zone E meeting documents/minutes
- Friendly avenue for questions, feedback, and follow-ups
What You Should Do Next
- Keep an eye out for meeting invites and upcoming session details
- Review ALL new MAAC compliance bulletins when they land
- Jot down your thoughts and ideas between meetings
If you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to you Zone Director
Thanks, as always, for your engagement and support. Look forward to a great year ahead.
